1. Products & Services

All products are custom-made embroidery or handmade goods unless otherwise stated. Due to the personalized nature of our products, slight variations may occur.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

2. Custom Orders

Custom orders require customer approval before production begins. Once a custom design is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.

Stitched by Gentry is not responsible for errors approved by the customer prior to production.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Payments

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery

• Provide photos of the issue

• We will review and determine appropriate resolution

6. Shipping

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. Once a package leaves our facility, tracking responsibility transfers to the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, text, graphics, and content on this website are the property of Stitched by Gentry and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stitched by Gentry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
